History

Fuelling Built Homes, LLC incorporated in 2002 and have since been building quality homes in the Louisville Metro Area including Jefferson, Shelby, Spencer and Oldham Counties. We are members of Home Builders Association of Louisville. Our Homearama home in beautiful Oakland Hills received the 3 rd Place Interior Design Award.

We have also built homes in Stone Lakes, Stone Lakes Estates, Oakland Hills, Pine Valley, Orchards of Plum Creek and Stone Ridge developments ranging in price from $260,000 to $1,000,000. We offer our customers a personal touch in every home we build and each home is constructed as if it were our own.

Our homes utilize high quality materials and professional tradesmen that meet or exceed current home construction standards. We utilize an inspection program designed to insure our customers are completely satisfied with their investment. We constantly evaluate products, contractor quality and pricing. We closely supervise the entire construction process.

About The Fuellings

Chris Fuelling grew up in Louisville and graduated from Trinity High School in 1996 and attended the University of Kentucky. Chris currently serves the Louisville community as a Police Officer with the Louisville Metro Police Department.

Jerry Fuelling grew up in Louisville and retired from BellSouth Telecommunications in 2001 with 33 years service.

Chris and Jerry have over 40 years of combined experience in construction, carpentry and woodworking.
